The Ribbon Communications 4806 Media Getaways provide both PSTN gateway functions to support PRI and analog trunks as well as an Enterprise Session Border Controller (eSBC) for both security and Quality of Service (QoS) management of VoIP services. The EdgeMarc 4806 Gateway is optimized to maintain the needs of enterprises, providing 1 Gbps symmetric WAN connections with up to 500 concurrent calls.

All EdgeMarc devices are controlled through Ribbon's EdgeView Service Control platform. Allowing service providers to monitor their devices and act fast with a solution if an issue occurs thus decreasing escalations and truck rolls. EdgeView also contains reporting tools as well as menu-driven configuration and provisioning tools to help configure your device easily.
